Kerem Mavituncalilar is the Managing Director at Milestone Capital Partners, a boutique direct investment firm in Turkey that was founded in 2007. Kerem has over 15 years of investment experience in financial markets across multiple asset classes including managing public equity portfolios and private equity investments. Kerem was a founding member of the Dubai Investment Group (DIG) the investment office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai. Prior to becoming a manager at Hedge Fund of Funds and Member of the Investment Committee at DIG, Kerem served as a senior analyst for several direct investments. These include DIG's partnership with Citigroup Alternative Investments - Estithmaar Islamic Real Estate Fund, a European Real Estate Private Equity Fund, Estithmaar TMT Fund, a JV with Deutsche Bank, and DIG’s opportunistic real estate investment initiative Longwing Ventures US. Prior to joining DIG at its inception, he was a senior trader at Citigroup, N.A. Treasury in Dubai. Kerem has also served as the Vice President of Board of Trustees at Bilgi University, he has a B.Sc. from Bentley Uni. (USA) and an M.B.A. from Warwick Uni. (UK).

Hakan has more than 5 years of experience working in engineering, consulting and working with startups. He spent most of his career, working as a consultant at Accenture in the Chicago office. During his time at Accenture, Hakan worked on various clients, ranging from logistics to healthcare firms. He has extensive experience in project management, operations, business analysis and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Oxford University Said Business School.

Can KARASIKLI has significant professional experience in finance industry including investment banking, leasing, factoring and insurance. Can KARASIKLI has worked for several finance companies holding positions from assistant manager up to managing director and board member. He currently acts as an independent financial consultant and non-executive board member of several companies. Can KARAŞIKLI also lectures corporate finance and modern methods of finance courses at MBA programs. He holds a BA degree in management from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul.
